Our client, an industry leading main contractor, runs a well respected and firmly established business both locally and inte
ationally. Primarily within the commercial sector this company is looking at developing their current management team, in response to meeting the demand that a number of new projects have brought within their business.
Delivering projects on time and in budget our client prides itself in prevailing within the rebuild sector in Christchurch. Due to a strong forward workload they require an experienced Estimator with full pre and post contract experience to oversee current projects in addition to assisting in the growth of potential commercial opportunities on upcoming projects.
As a Senior Estimator you will be able to hit the ground running with experience working on projects within the commercial sector in addition to building new teams. You will have a strong understanding in letting sub contracts, processing claims, pricing variations and assisting the settlement of final accounts. New Zealand experience is vital for this role as you will be dealing with multimillion dollar projects.
