Quantity Surveyor/Estimator - Residential, Christchurch in Christchurch, Canterbury

Due to recent growth there is an opportunity to work for a market leading name in the residential construction sector and be part of a large and successful team.
This business has proven to be a huge success in their design, management and construction of residential homes not only in Canterbury but nationally. The local business has an experienced and motivated team who enjoy a positive atmosphere in a brand new corporate office.
You will be joining a team of Estimators working on a range of residential new build projects and will be responsible for pricing work from concept and detailed designs. You will work with the project managers to help establish the projects and have an influence on ensuring work is profitable.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years of practical experience within the industry and although a qualification is preferred, it is not essential and people who are in a similar position currently are also encouraged to apply! Your professionalism and excellent communication skills coupled with your attitude & experience will see you as the preferred candidate.
