Due to recent growth there is an immediate need for an experienced Residential Estimator to join a well known & trusted Canterbury home builder. This business is of a small size and prides themselves on delivering first class products coupled with excellent service & support from the beginning to the end.
As the Estimator, you will work closely alongside the Quantity Surveyor, Sales Consultant & the client ensuring take-offs & pricing from plans are accurately presented. You will manage multiple projects and be responsible for processing variances and other general estimating duties.
The role will offer you variety and there is scope for you to get involved with post-contract duties also. Your good eye & attention to detail are the key factors needed to be the successful candidate for this role. Communication skills, IT/systems skills and a positive attitude are all personal attributes which will come natural to you.
