Senior Commercial Estimator, Christchurch in Christchurch, Canterbury

Our experienced client who is a main contractor has a strong track record in the successful delivery of community, infrastructure, industry and commercial projects. With their clients’ needs coming first their point of different is that they offer a full suite’ for construction management.
Offering stability and commitment through their building team our client’s reputation speaks for itself within the commercial sector. And with a portfolio of work encompassing multi storey, industrial and heavy commercial they are geared up to manage projects up to $30m. In recent years our clients has noted a steady increase in their work load and subsequently as a result are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their existing management team.
As the right candidate you will be looking after the companies bid and tender processes. Having early contract involvement you will play a key part in the company’s key projects and future plans. Having local experience would be a bonus for this role as the company have been within the Christchurch market for the last 18 years. With an exceptional record in the commercial sector you will be a leader in your field and have experience in a range of project values.
