Client Side Project Manager, Christchurch in Christchurch, Canterbury

This well recognised, national institution has a wide range of commercial property throughout New Zealand and, in a response to the earthquakes and planned capital works, they are looking to expand their commercial team in Canterbury.
Reporting into the National Property Manager you will work closely with multiple stakeholders, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle including investigation, feasibility, design and project management through to final tenancy.
Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in construction management and / or property as well as 8+ years experience working as a client side project manager with a proven record for delivering complex programmes of work in excess of $30M. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be able to engage with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Public sector experience is ideal although applicants without are still urged to apply.
