Business is at an all time high, with record numbers flocking to dine, we need the services of an experienced Sous chef, capable of handling a busy dinner service. If your a current Sous (or Head Chef looking for a work life balance) that can handle a busy and demanding dinner service, give us a BUZZ!!!
Ideally you will have been at Sous Chef level for at least 5 years working in a fast paced environment. You will be a strong communicator who can drive your section and keep the punters feed. The successful candidate must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle 250+ covers on a daily basis. The business has a loyal clientele meaning your hours won't be cut back during the winter months.
The food isn't rocket science and you will be required to work on all sections...it's all about teamwork! We are prepared to pay top dollar for the right candidate - $21-$23 per hour, 40+ hours per week and a cracking good time in the kitchen. Those afraid of hard work and throw your toys when under the pump need not apply. You will need to be flexible to work over a 7 day roster, to meet the needs of the business.
The coffee machine is brewing and the BUZZ bars are in the fridge so if you are currently working in the industry, legally entitled to work in New Zealand and looking for a genuine career changing move, get BUZZing.
