The house is located at 1a carbine place, Sockburn with one rooms available ASAP.2 rooms available now one single and one double. Double is free from 2 week of October.single room is free now.Double room - 155pw, includes power, rent , net and flat amenities.Single room - 135pw, includes power, rent , net and flat amenities.it’s a 3 bedroom house with one bathroom. Single room is equipped with a single bed. Not sure about double room, will have to check with existing flatmate. You will need to get the sheets. Currently has 2 flatmates but one will be leaving mid-October. I will stay, 24 yr old working professional, very social, always up to something.the room would best suit a student or professional. Not really a party house as cleaning up after parties is way too hard but definitely a fun orientated place.
