We're looking for someone who really fits into our household to take our furnished single room. Could be unfurnished but we haven't much storage room so wouldn't change the price.(Please excuse the mess in the room, and the layout of the bed is not in the final place so shouldn't be blocking the wardrobe. I took the photos while we're using it as a spare room.)There is a single non-secure but off-street car park if you have a car, and we are very close to #3 bus stop which goes through town between the airport and the beach. It is a very short walk to the village where there is a bank, several fast food outlets including a 24/7 and a supermarket.Everything except food is included (but can be negotiated) and sometimes we even share tea and coffee, milk, basic ingredients or fruit, etc. Other amenities included in the expense are power, unlimited VDSL internet and wi-fi, toilet paper and basic bathroom supplies (body wash, hair cleanser, etc.), and we pay the next door neighbour to mow the lawns. NOT included are excessive toll call costs; we budget $5 per month for mobile and out-of-town calls so only pass on costs if your usage exceeds that amount.Your ability to consistently pay rent each week is more important to us than what you do. We're a mix of work-from-home professional, business owners, and beneficiaries so there's always someone home during the day, we frequently come and go, and we can be up late but if you need a noise level curfew to sleep for work we can adapt to that.We have lots of pets already so no room for more and you have to be okay with pet rats and our cat.We are all gamers and media watchers so we'd love someone else who enjoys similar things. We are also artists and writers and have the clutter expected of creative minds. Neat freaks need not apply!We are subletting under our periodic lease agreement by permission from the landlord, so you will need to pay bond to us directly and sign a flatmate agreement. The bond is one week's rent ($170) and is returned when you give back all house keys, leave your room tidy and undamaged, and pay any outstanding rent and expenses.If you're interested or would like to view please get in touch!
