Your tasks:
- Will inspect, protect and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
- Enjoy the role of engaging with customers
- Handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
- Will jump into helping team members around the building and in thestore
- Have a keen sense for seeing, hearing and remembering sequences of part numbers
- Are driven to build long-term relationships with customers
- Have the power to lift merchandise up to 60 lbs
- Deliver pride in getting the right parts to the right people at the right time
- Are able to shiftinto gear in both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Can steer their way through the metropolitan area using maps and directions
Your skills:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Manages coverage for responsibilities during absence
- Consistently at work and on time
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Develop alternative solutions
- Maintain confidentiality
